SENCO - Therapeutic SEMH Centre Location: Norwich Contract: Temp for 1 term (starting in January) Pay: £160 - £180 per day (DOE) Pupils: Up to 20 We are working with a small SEMH therapeutic centre in Norwich who are looking for a compassionate and experienced SENCO to join their team. This is a calm, nurturing setting supporting pupils aged 8-16 with high levels of anxiety, many of whom have been out of education. With a maximum of 20 pupils, the centre focuses on emotional well being, building trust and creating personalised learning pathways. About the Role The SENCO will oversee all SEND provision, ensuring each pupil receives the right support to feel safe, confident and able to learn. You will work closely with teachers and therapeutic staff, helping create effective plans and ensuring the centre meets SEND and safeguarding requirements.
