We’re seeking a dynamic Operations & Supply Chain Director to take ownership of a fast‑growing organisation’s end‑to‑end operations – spanning procurement, logistics, and warehousing. The Opportunity
You’ll shape and lead all aspects of operations and supply chain – ensuring world‑class service delivery, cost‑effectiveness, and scalability. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in the company’s next phase of expansion.
Your focus will include:
* Leading procurement strategy and supplier performance across multiple categories
* Managing warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution to optimise service levels
* Overseeing demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control
* Embedding data‑led processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Developing, coaching, and inspiring high‑performing teams
* Contributing to strategic decisions as part of the senior leadership team
Requirements
About you:
* Proven success in a senior operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership role
* Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise
* A track record of improving efficiency, scalability, and profitability
* Confidence with ERP/WMS systems and modern supply chain tools
* A collaborative and decisive leadership style, with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders at every level
* Energy, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement
