Role Overview
The Planning and Logistics Leader will focus on delivering materials and production, impacting business success through strategic influence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team to execute large-scale targets.
* Drive business performance improvements in cost and service.
* Collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Manage a function with either global scope or a large local team.
* Ensure operational excellence across supply chain processes.
Skills and Experience
* Extensive planning and supply chain experience, including S&OP processes.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations.
* Data analytics proficiency and process digitization experience.
* Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
