This position is ideal for those starting or continuing a career in Education, motivated to inspire pupils with varied and complex needs. Support skills, motivation, resilience, and personal qualities are as important as previous experience, especially in SEN/ASC environments. Candidates with backgrounds in customer-facing industries such as retail, hospitality, or leisure are encouraged to apply.
Applicants should be educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, and possess qualities such as calmness, engagement, resilience, teamwork, and a genuine desire to help pupils reach their potential.
