Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Design & Technology following the national curriculum. Promote creativity, innovation, and technical understanding through a range of materials and tools. Encourage students to develop practical skills, critical thinking, and design-based problem solving. Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities such as clubs, competitions, and exhibitions. Maintain a safe and engaging workshop environment. Work collaboratively within a supportive team to raise achievement across the department. About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Design & Technology or a related field. A passion for teaching and inspiring young people. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach across multiple D&T disciplines. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
