Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced PPC & Paid Marketing Specialist to join our in-house e-commerce marketing team.
You'll be responsible for driving traffic, sales, and growth through paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take full ownership of our paid campaigns — from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting — helping us scale our online performance and reach new audiences.
Duties
* Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Twitter Ads to achieve business objectives.
* Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy for maximum impact.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools to make data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between paid search efforts and overall digital marketing strategies.
* Manage budgets effectively while maximizing return on investment through strategic media buying and planning.
* Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEM, e-commerce, and digital marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
* Provide regular reports on campaign performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
About You
* Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns for an e-commerce brand.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
* Confident using analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ROI and conversion growth.
* Creative thinker with strong copywriting and attention to detail.
* Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
