Administrator – Harden Hall Care Home, Walsall
Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Up to £26,500 per annum

Are you an organised, detail-focused professional looking for a rewarding role in a warm and welcoming care environment?
We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to join the team at Harden Hall Care Home in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your administrative and financial skills to support the smooth running of our home and make a real difference every day.

About the Role

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will:

1. Implement and maintain effective administrative and financial systems in line with company and regulatory requirements.
2. Provide accurate information, reports, and documentation to support the running of the home.
3. Manage financial transactions, including resident accounts, income collection, and payroll processes.
4. Support compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
5. Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

6. A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service (or equivalent experience).
7. Previous experience in an office or administrative environment.
8. An understanding of financial procedures, debt management, and budget monitoring.
9. Strong IT and data management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
10. The ability to plan, organise, and communicate effectively as part of a team.
11. Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality within a care setting would be an advantage.
