Join us at the University of St Andrews as we modernise and enhance our curriculum information systems. We’re looking for a digitally minded, detail‑driven Curriculum Officer to help shape the future of our programme and module data — ensuring accuracy, consistency and clarity across the student journey.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of curriculum data within SITS: Vision, support the development of new digital tools and approval workflows, and collaborate closely with Schools, Deans and professional colleagues. You’ll also contribute to key projects that improve how the University designs, manages and publishes curriculum information.

If you enjoy working with complex datasets, improving processes, and enabling high‑quality academic decision‑making, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.


You’ll bring:

* Experience working with complex data and digital systems
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive approach to improving processes Experience contributing to projects — ideally involving new system functionality or workflow design
