Job Description Summary
Maintain accurate financial records.
Update and manage ledgers and journals.
Credit Control
Routine administration duties
Weekly payment runs
Process invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation
Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding account queries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Assist in filing and organizing financial documents.
Ad- hoc tasks and projects
Experience Required
Knowledge of Sage 50
Experience of Credit Control
Relevant certifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
