Role Overview:
* Teach engaging and well-structured lessons across KS1 and KS2, aligned with the National Curriculum
* Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment in each classroom you support
* Quickly adapt to different school cultures and build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Use effective assessment techniques to monitor progress and inform teaching
* Participate in wider school life, including extracurricular activities, trips, and collaborative initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
* A flexible, creative, and confident teaching style with strong behaviour management skills
* A commitment to inclusive practices, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
* Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* A passion for professional learning, teamwork, and making a lasting impact
