The Chant Group is a well-established independent estate agency based in the heart of the City of London, specialising in both residential and corporate lettings. We work with a diverse range of landlords, investors, relocation agents, corporate occupiers and institutional clients, providing our team with access to high-quality stock and excellent earning potential.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Consultant to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with ideally 6–12 months of lettings experience who is looking to accelerate their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Role Description
This is a full‑time office‑based role located in Central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
* Conducting property viewings across London
* Negotiating offers and securing tenancies
* Help manage the tenancy progression process from offer to move‑in with the coordination team
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and corporate clients
* Generating new business opportunities and landlord instructions
* Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
* Achieving and exceeding monthly performance targets
Qualifications
* 6–12 months' experience within residential lettings (preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated, target‑driven and ambitious
* Professional and personable manner
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good knowledge of the London lettings market
* A genuine passion for property and customer service
* A desire to learn, develop and progress within the industry

Salary
£60,000 - £80,000 OTE
