Office Manager - Bristol/Bath Design Centre
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations & Infrastructure
- Play a leading role in the UK office relocation, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Oversee day-to-day operations: facilities, equipment, security, waste management, and cleaning contracts.
- Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Employee & HR Support
- Support onboarding of new starters with orientation, workspace setup, and IT coordination.
- Act as first point of contact for travel bookings, visas, and expenses.
- Partner with global HR teams (Germany, China, US) to support communications, processes, and employee experience initiatives.
Finance & Administration
- Manage office-related insurance, budgets, expense processes, and vendor invoicing.
- Support finance with local purchases and expenditure tracking.
- Ensure expense and travel processes align with global policies.
Health, Wellbeing & Culture
- Create a healthy, inspiring office environment - office flow, workplace ergonomics, nutrition options, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting collaboration and creativity.
- Organise local team-building activities, seasonal celebrations, and global hub connections.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years in office or operations management, ideally in a cross-functional or international environment.
- Experience managing office moves and facilities.
- Knowledge of UK workplace compliance and vendor management.
- Experience with finance/HR tools (SAP, Concur, Workday, or similar) a plus.
- Passion for health, wellbeing, and sustainability in the workplace.
