We\'re looking for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our friendly team and make a real difference in the lives of adults across Epsom and nearby communities.
We support Adults aged 18-65 living with:
Learning disabilities
Autism
Brain injuries
Mental health challenges
This is a companionship-focused role, where building trust and meaningful relationships is key. Some individuals may also need personal care and support with daily living tasks.
Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Supporting with daily tasks like personal care, meals, and mobility
* Encouraging independence wherever possible
* Monitoring health and well-being
* Providing emotional and social support
* Following individual care plans
* Ensuring a safe and supportive environment
* Taking part in ongoing training and development
Essential skills and attributes
* Full of energy, compassion, and a \"can-do\" attitude
* Happy to get involved in all kinds of activities - indoors and outdoors
* Committed to promoting independence and equality
* Flexible with working hours - including some evenings and weekends
* ESSENTIAL: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (for transporting service users)
* Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
