Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 2/3) – Long-Term Roles – Stoke
Vision for Education are seeking Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants to support nurseries across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas (ST1–ST13).
We are specifically looking for qualified Early Years practitioners who can work within EYFS ratios and support long-term placements.
About the Role
1. Supporting children aged 0–5 within nursery settings
2. Working as part of a team to deliver engaging EYFS learning
3. Providing 1:1 and small group support
4. Promoting a safe, nurturing environment
5. Supporting routines, play-based learning, and development
This role offers long-term and consistent work, with opportunities to become a regular member of nursery teams.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
6. Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (full & relevant)
7. Have experience working in nurseries or EYFS settings
8. Have a DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
9. Be reliable, proactive, and confident working with young children
