Role Overview
As a Financial Planning Consultant, you’ll develop relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and providing a high-quality initial point of contact through fact-finding meetings. You should have experience supporting customers or advisers and be fully or nearly qualified with a Diploma. A background in financial services and a commitment to offering personalized, expert advice are essential.
You will benefit from quality referrals due to our close collaboration with branch colleagues and Head Office. A commercial focus, risk management, and quality control are vital to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with branch and advice teams to conduct initial meetings, discussing pensions, investments, and inheritance tax. Prepare customers for follow-up meetings by gathering and entering relevant information into our CRM system. Engage customers to understand their financial goals and motivations.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
* Team player with supportive attitude and self-motivation
* Ability to maintain high standards of quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment
* Adaptability to new systems and processes
* Near or full Diploma qualification in Financial Advice; support provided for career progression
* Location in or near Lincoln, Newark, Nottingham; flexible working initially from home, with eventual face-to-face requirements
