Job Overview
Carers to provide care in service users homes, providing dignity and promote independence for a long as possible and is safe to do so.
Duties
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Follow individual care plans tailored to each persons needs.
* Complete visit notes to reflect what has taken place during the call and report any changes to management.
* Communicate with families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Drive service users to appointments or when on sits service users may want to go for a drive or go out for some food/shopping.
* Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while providing compassionate assistance.
Training will be provided and shadow shifts will be required with experienced carers.
