What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day tasks could include:
* Supporting teachers by preparing and organising lesson materials
* Setting up and tidying classrooms before and after lessons
* Working closely with students 1:1 or in small groups to support learning
* Monitoring, recording, and reporting student progress
* Caring for children who may be upset or unwell
* Assisting teachers in leading classes and activities

* Has previous experience working in UK schools (advantageous but not essential)
* Is friendly, confident, and calm under pressure
* Has experience supporting children or young adults in educational settings
* Can adapt to the needs of vulnerable or diverse children
* Understands safeguarding and child protection requirements
* Is passionate about helping children succeed academically, socially, and emotionally
* Has a calming presence and can engage effectively with pupils (EYFS to Year 6)
