Our Client, a respected main dealership in Northallerton, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to further their career as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, working with a supportive management team and gaining diverse experience across the dealership.
Benefits:
* Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, dependent on experience
* OTE approximately £35,000 with performance incentives
* Working 1 in 2 Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:00pm

Duties:
* Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally as a Service Advisor
* Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running issues where appropriate
* Clearly explain work to be carried out and obtain customer authorisation
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer service requirements
* Maintain accurate records and relevant systems at all times
* Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
Candidate Specification:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
* Strong organisational skills and a positive attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Knowledge of vehicle systems and common issues
* A proactive approach to work and the ability to handle multiple priorities
