To further strengthen their team, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join them from November. About the Role: As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience across the school. Working closely with class teachers, you will support lesson delivery, lead small group sessions, and contribute to planning and assessment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons. Provide focused one-to-one and small group support. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Support pupils’ emotional and pastoral development. Prepare learning resources and help monitor pupil progress. Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and wider school staff to promote pupil success. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar HLTA or senior support role. A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for education. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
