Gortmore are working with a leading contractor who are looking for a Section/Senior Engineer on a high-Profile Infrastructure Project in the Gravesend area.

Responsibilities
* Monitor, manage and distribute project information to several site engineers and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is carried out.
* Ensure the works are constructed to the latest design and agreed specification.
* Ensure Project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
* Carry out ITPs, KPIs, RFIs, etc.
* Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working on Substation projects, earthwork, RC structures, service and drainage installation, etc.
* Competent in ordering rebar.
* Previous experience working with designers.
* Experience with AutoCAD and reading drawings, Cut & Fill, and quantifying/ordering materials such as concrete, rebar, drainage/earthworks materials, etc.
* Competent in AutoCAD and reading drawings.
* Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to raise potential issues.
