Anti-Money Laundering & Fraud Support Stevenage (office based) Full- time Salary: £27,102.40 How you’ll support our purpose: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven AML & Fraud Specialist to join our passionate team. In this role, you’ll act as a key part of our second line of defence, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements and uphold the integrity of our business operations. You’ll help monitor and investigate financial crime risk, support audits, and deliver actionable insights through data and reporting. With curiosity, precision and a strong ethical compass, you’ll help us spot risks early, stay compliant, and keep our people, customers and reputation protected. What you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis Monitoring & Investigation: Deliver monitoring activities as per the annual Monitoring Plan Conduct transaction reviews, root-cause analysis and investigations Provide evidence-based reporting on finding Audit & Compliance Perform scheduled and ad hoc audits across our retail network, and partner brands Maintain up-to-date, detailed records for all reviews and outcomes Ensure alignment with internal procedures and regulatory standards Data & Reporting Extract and analyse data to support Fraud and AML risk detection, across all brands Produce regular and ad hoc reports for management and regulatory bodies Translate complex data into digestible, actionable insights Collaboration & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor for policy and process-related AML/Fraud matters Support both eurochange and partner colleagues and with queries, providing accurate, timely advice. Engage stakeholders across functions to embed a culture of compliance Partner with bureaus to coach, support and guide them in making the right decisions Deliver targeted training and awareness activities to promote understanding and ownership of AML and fraud responsibilities.
