Overview
A well-established, reputable law firm in Redditch is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
* Refinancing, secured lending and commercial mortgage work
* Development, investment and site transactions
* Draft, review and negotiate leases, contracts and related documentation.
* Conduct thorough title investigations and handle all related enquiries.
* Provide sound, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base including SMEs, landlords, tenants, developers and investors.
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
* Assist with business development and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in commercial property law (NQ–3+ PQE considered).
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law, Land Registry processes and title investigation.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Commercially aware, proactive and able to handle competing deadlines.
* A team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative working environment.
