Role Responsibilities
As part of your duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
1. Answer calls from Home Delivery Crews, Customer Services, and communicate with Customers to assist with directions and order inquiries, ensuring all customer orders are updated in line with company policy.
2. Ensure all available resources are used to assist the crews in making successful deliveries.
3. Work as part of a team environment.
Candidate Requirements
* Good computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong administration and organizational skills.
