Temporary Position with immediate start
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Order Entry Administrator to join a busy and friendly office‑based team located in Salford Quays. This is an excellent opportunity for a college leaver or someone returning to work to gain valuable office experience and begin their career within a professional business environment.
Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn, organised, and keen to develop strong administration skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders onto an internal system
* Checking orders for accuracy and resolving any errors
* Double‑checking team orders to ensure attention to detail
* Answering incoming telephone calls professionally
* Responding to customer email enquiries
* Supporting invoicing processes
* Carrying out general administrative duties
* Providing additional support to the wider team when required
Candidate Requirements
* Good computer and data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent timekeeping and reliability
* Professional telephone manner
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Quick learner with a positive attitude
* GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
* Previous office experience is not essential as full training will be provided
