You will be working in a domestic property within the community, helping to support female adults with complex mental health needs to live the best lives they can. You will be able to work individually and as part of a team to help our clients achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. The successful applicant will demonstrate care, compassion and an understanding of the needs of people who suffer with mental illness. A positive attitude, resilience and vigilance are important in this challenging environment. Qualifications and requirements
* Previous experience of working with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs is desirable
* Applicants must be 18 years old or over
* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
