This dynamic screen company is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to assist their Operations and HR team over a three-week period. Overview: Temporary: 3 weeks £15 per hour Immediate Start Key Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for the managers and staff regarding all professional HR advice and guidance. Provide support to the HR Manager in the handling office issues and ensuring a positive approach to adjustments. Coordinate with the HR and Operations team to continuously improve HR processes and ensure they comply with internal values. Manage the advertising of roles, both on job boards and through recruitment agencies. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Liaise with the finance team to confirm the correct personal and contractual details are available. Action training requests, source providers and track attendance. Provide general office support when required to support the operations team. About You: Proficiency in MS Office Packages. Experienced in actioning HMRC IR35 checks. In depth knowledge of employment law. Adaptable and flexible with the ability to multitask. The ability to self- motivate and identify opportunities to improve processes. Understanding of payroll administration with experience of supporting a payroll team. Educational Experience Required: Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience gained within a busy HR Department Work related experience. 2 years' experience Please only apply for this position if you have the relevant skills and are able to start immediately.
