What this job involves
* Assist with planning, preparation and rollout of insight campaigns, including supporting the team with collateral production: e.g. digital articles and reports, client webinars, videos, internal and external communications
* Assisting with JLL Research’s global social media programme: post creation and calendar management
* Supporting campaign reporting and analytics
* Leaning on and working closely with the global marketing team, including, creative, PR and digital to deliver research programmes
* Maintenance of client mailing lists and support with campaign targeting
Desired skills and experience for this job:
* Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
* Digital marketing/content marketing experience across multiple comms channels
* Experience in ‘storytelling with data’ and data visualization tools (e.g. Flourish) desirable but not essential
* Ability to liaise across teams based in different locations
* Proactive, flexible approach and able to juggle multiple priorities

* Excellent attention to detail, maintaining high quality standards
* Customer focus – delivering a superior client service (both internal and external)
* Team player – adaptable and able to contribute to a strong team culture

* Willingness to learn and take on new/varied responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills:
* Some experience of working in professional services marketing and /or research would be an advantage
* Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* Photoshop and Sharepoint - desirable but not essential
* Prior experience of working in a digital marketing role – advantageous but not essential
Qualifications:
* Degree level educated or equivalent
