Our Manufacturing practice is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Director to join our team.
As a Senior Manager/Director in our manufacturing practice, you will lead and grow our business, shaping the future of our practice and significantly impacting our clients' success.
What you will be doing
* Lead and manage manufacturing projects across Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
* Analyze and resolve issues across the full operating model of manufacturing clients in areas such as Supply Chain, Marketing, People, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturing technology advancements.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and design tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across industries, including financial services, pharma, energy, and telecommunications.
* Mentor and coach junior team members within the Manufacturing practice and broader sector.
* Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the Manufacturing practice, working with other Directors and Partners.
Your skills and experience
* Must hold or be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
* Proven experience in manufacturing within Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, and Industrial sectors.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing organizations across the end-to-end value chain.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust industry network.
* Strategic thinker capable of translating complex challenges into actionable strategies.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring teams.
* Experience working with global teams and supporting international growth.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
