You’ll be the frontline technical expert—resolving issues, shaping the customer journey, and contributing to product improvements at scale. Requirements: Own and resolve complex technical issues across Azure and Entra ID platforms. Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, or web. Troubleshoot and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and create self-help resources. Drive product and process improvements through customer feedback and engagement.
