Liaises with:Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Staff, Education Teams, Therapists and External Professionals
Salary & Progression Structure
* £31,396.80Unqualified
* £31,812.80After successful probation
* £32,436.80With QCF Level 3 or 4
* £33,164.80As a Shift Leader with QCF 80% completed
(All salaries include the sleep-in rate)
Shift Pattern:8am- 11pm 1 day on, x2 days off - Rolling Rota
