We’re partnering with a well-established e-commerce business to find a UX/UI Design Lead to develop a mobile-first design system.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning UX/UI strategy across multiple e-commerce websites and a mobile app
* Championing mobile-first design across all projects
* Building and scaling a design system in Figma
* Driving CRO-led improvements across key journeys (PLP, PDP, checkout, app flows)
* Leading, mentoring and developing UX/UI designers
* Embedding accessibility and best-practice design standards
What we’re looking for
* Senior UX/UI leadership experience in e-commerce
* Strong mobile and app-first design expertise
* Proven experience building and running design systems
* Confident stakeholder manager who can influence at a senior level
* Strong understanding of UX, UI, accessibility and conversion optimisation
* Hands-on with Figma (components, systems, UI)
Nice to have
* Exposure to headless CMS environments
* Awareness of APIs and component-based front-end builds
* Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools
