Based in London, you will be part of the London UK & Ireland Marketplace team. You will help grow and claim the #1 market share for the consumer/FOP with your account(s) by executing the strategy, landing seasonal stories, and selecting the right assortment (breadth and depth) to serve your target consumer.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Lead Partner Rep to join the Premium Sports business unit. You’ll be a key contributor to the development of Premium Retail in the UK Marketplace, with a sharp focus on Nike Women’s. You’ll build relationships with partners and accounts and need a deep understanding of Women’s Fashion & Sport, with a strong background within the Premium Fashion & Sports Industry. You should be a strategic sales talent, able to influence and collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Interacting cross-functionally with merchandising, business planning, finance, marketplace sales, customer operations & brand functions.
Work with our EMEA teams and EHQ teammates to execute annual and seasonal plans.
You will be the main touchpoint for EMEA leadership teams for the accounts you manage.
This role reports directly to the EMEA Premium Sports Leader, based in EHQ.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
* Develop seasonal assortments based on merch frameworks, ensuring seasonal product flow, optimizing in-season trading, and replenishment to maximize partner results.
* Create brand impact through partner relationships, launches, and community activation in the Premium Retail space to enhance Nike’s presence across the marketplace.
* Plan your accounts' business: forecasts and scenario plans using category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace knowledge.
* Manage the partner(s) and the marketplace: ensure the best presentation of stories and products at your accounts (digital & B&M) aligned with the Next % strategy.
* Build a seamless premium consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline, and obsess over product launch journeys across account platform ecosystems.
* Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution by managing the end-to-end business with your account(s).
* Maintain high standards for complex partnership management, support commercial CFOP goals independently through strong problem-solving skills, and contribute to team performance.
* Collaborate on partner (city) experience at sell-in, and co-own the end-to-end experience for your showroom, working closely with Office admin, City Experience Lead, and cross-functional partners (e.g., merch) to deliver excellent partner sell-in experiences.
* Actively contribute to and participate in Ground Game (Authenticators), ensuring recurring representation, presence, and collaboration with partners/buyers in retail visits, staff training, and competitor knowledge within T&E budgets.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Experience in account management acquired in sales, buying, merchandising, business planning, marketing, etc.
* Deep understanding of the Fashion / Sports industries is essential.
* Experience managing seasonal plans through Code, creating account plans (buy & assortment plans, short-term commercial plans).
* Strong understanding of fashion trends and industry insights across Europe.
* Ability to drive end-to-end relationships and business impact with partners, bringing your CFOP(s) to life with Nike marketplace partners.
* Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and make strategically aligned commercial decisions based on data.
* Digital and omnichannel expertise relevant to premium retail, with experience across multiple retail models (concession/consignment/wholesale) a plus.
* Relationship-building and influencing skills with internal and external partners.
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening, idea articulation, and negotiation.
* High standards for complex partnership management, supporting CFOP goals independently, with strong problem-solving skills, and contributing to team performance.
