With a focus on delivering an exceptional level of client care, the firm employs experts in their chosen practice areas and dedicated support staff. Due to expansion, they are now recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive for their Northamptonshire team.
Responsibilities

* Managing own varied caseload of Private Client matters
\t
* Responsibility for providing high quality, professional advice on Probate and Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning and Trusts
\t
* Communicating with executors, trustees, beneficiaries and other legal professionals
\t
* Compassionate and sensitive with clients when dealing with the elderly
\t
* Networking and marketing for the firm to generate new business and reputation
\t
* Attending clients in their own home as required
\t
* Eager to achieve good billing within the team
The Candidate
\t
* From 3+ years PQE either as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
\t
* Experience of Private Client services
\t
* Self-starter with the ability to work under their own initiative
\t
* Commercially astute with demonstrable business development skills
\t
* Excellent technical ability
\t
* Experience in a similar role within a large regional or well-known firm
\t
* Strong IT and document management skills
\t
* Excellent interpersonal skills
\t
* Willingness to be flexible
This position will involve home visits to elderly clients and you will need to be able to work from either of our two offices from time to time.
