The School and Role
This large, ‘Good’ primary school, based in Bristol are looking to appoint a passionate NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant. Working in this primary school as part of an established team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working on a small group basis. This part time Teaching Assistant role is long term and potentially permanent. We want a teaching assistant who can motivate and challenge the students but also support them. We understand that every child is different so when it comes to Teaching Assistants, they need to be resilient and understanding. As part of the team, you will lead the school in a fair and consistent way, with a focus on the well being of staff and children.
Requirements
The desired NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have;
1. NVQ level 3 certificate
2. Experience of working with primary school aged children
3. Experience of working with pupils with SEND
4. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
5. An ability to work as part of a team
