At Juniors Day Nursery, Tunbridge Wells, we believe children shine brightest when they're free to explore, play, and grow at their own pace. As Room Leader, you'll guide a dedicated team in one of our thoughtfully designed baby, toddler, or preschool rooms—each tailored to meet the developmental needs and interests of the children.
Our purpose-built nursery, opened in 2021, features spacious rooms, a bespoke Early Years garden, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're just a short walk from Tunbridge Wells train station and well-served by local buses, making your commute easy and reliable.
Your Role
As Room Leader, you'll:
* Lead your team in delivering high-quality care and education, rooted in our "Where Children Shine" curriculum and the EYFS framework
* Create a safe, stimulating space where children are free to move, explore, and learn—no bouncers, no forced seating, just authentic play
* Support daily operations through strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation
* Mentor and coach your team with empathy, using tools like peer observations and reflective meetings to foster growth
* Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child's journey

* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* Experience leading a nursery room and mentoring staff
