Main Purpose of the Role:
Watling JCB is seeking two highly driven and results‑focused Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing Sales Team based at our Leicester Head Office.
This is a high‑activity, performance‑led sales role suited to individuals who are confident in making outbound calls, managing inbound enquiries at pace, and converting opportunities into sales. This is not an entry‑level position—we are looking for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a target‑driven environment and are comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions daily.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to all inbound enquiries within 1 hour of receipt
* Ensuring all opportunities are responded to within 2 working hours
* Making initial customer contact within 1 working day
* Understanding and validating customer requirements quickly and effectively
* Generating and issuing a minimum of 2 quotes per day
* Conducting high‑volume outbound prospecting calls
* Achieving a minimum of 20 connected calls per day, including follow‑ups
* Self‑generating leads through:
o Social media activity
o Facebook Marketplace selling
Customer & CRM Management:
* Maintaining and enriching the customer database
* Using CRM systems effectively to track, manage, and progress opportunities
* Managing online inventory listings and ensuring accuracy
* Supporting the generation of Google reviews and customer engagement
Experience:
* Proven experience in a high‑volume sales or contact centre environment

Salary: From £28,000 per year, uncapped commission at 5% (OTE of up to £35k)
