Hours: Part-time 22.5 hours This is a job share role, there is flexibility on working days and hours to be agreed on offer of the position Fixed Term – 13 months Join our team as a Fundraising Support Lead and make a difference! This role works as part of the Supporter Engagement Team and is central to the success of the overall Fundraising Team. As one of three Fundraising Support Leads, this role will focus on the link between Fundraising and Retail and the Partnerships Team. You will build relationships with supporters through excellent customer care, responding quickly to often complex and sensitive contact from supporters in a caring and accurate manner. The role will prioritise face to face and telephone communications with supporters, taking time and consideration to engage with supporters. This role requires excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence for supporter care. The post will primarily work with processing large amount of often sensitive data, utilising our supporter database alongside Excel for data manipulation and importing purposes with a keen focus on data protection. Key responsibilities: Deliver high quality supporter care for our fundraisers and building relationships throughout the North Derbyshire community Process gifts and ensure correct coding on supporter database Develop and follow supporter journeys to ensure that donors are suitably thanked and stewarded Ensure accurate computerised and other related records are maintained on all aspects of each supporter contact to facilitate timely communications Support the shops to feel confident explaining and understanding fundraising initiatives such as upcoming events, lottery, and appeals Work alongside the Partnerships Team to support corporate, high net worth donations, Trusts and Grants and Gifts in Kind For the full details, you can read the attached job description or give Jamie Smith, Supporter Engagement Manager a call on 01246 567250 for an informal chat.
