Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years’ PQE with a well-regarded UK, City, or international employment team or a current inhouse lawyer with prior private practice experience
* Broad experience across contentious and non-contentious employment law, including tribunal and High Court matters
* Confident advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions and business reorganisations
* Excellent communication, drafting, and client management skills
* Commercial mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
