1. Competitive basic salary dependent on experience cira £35,000 - 45,000 plus uncapped earning potential with a realistic OTE of £70,000

Duties as a Car Sales Manager will include:
8. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
9. Develop and implement sales strategies to optimise branch performance
10. Coach and mentor Sales Executives to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
11. Manage the department’s financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, and profit targets
12. Oversee the sales administration process to ensure accurate recording of transactions
13. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the sales process
14. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth
Requirements needed for the Car Sales Manager:
15. Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a retail motor environment
16. Strong leadership and team building skills
17. Excellent organisation and communication abilities
18. Numerate with good attention to detail
19. Full UK driving licence
20. Target-driven with a successful track record of delivering results
21. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and developing others
