Health & Safety Manager
Gainsborough (Head Office and Manufacturing Site)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
This is an opportunity to take ownership of health and safety across a business that operates from several locations throughout the UK. The head office and main manufacturing facility is based in Gainsborough, supported by offices in other regions. The Gainsborough site is a busy, hands-on environment where safety and compliance are critical, and where your influence will make a real difference.
We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager who can combine operational delivery with strategic leadership. From the shop floor to senior management, you will build trust, promote best practice, and embed a culture where safety is second nature.
Developing and maintaining a robust Health and Safety Management System that meets all regulatory requirements.
Leading audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement.
Promoting a proactive safety culture through engagement initiatives and clear communication.
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) as a minimum.
The ability to engage and inspire, building trust and driving change.
You will shape policy, deliver training, liaise with regulatory bodies, and influence senior leaders, all while championing a culture of safety and wellbeing.
