Job Description
Senior Electrical Estimator - I'm currently looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to work for a large building services specialist business, based in Northampton. The company works on projects up to £100m in value across the UK and has 7 offices nationwide.
As a Senior Electrical Estimator, your duties will include:
1. Day-to-day management of tender processes
2. Producing detailed tender bids and cost plans
3. Attending mid and post-tender meetings
4. Liaising with current and new clients across project instructions
5. Interfacing regularly with subcontractors
6. Leading junior and assistant estimators within the team
The starting salary for the Senior Electrical Estimator is negotiable around £65-70k, plus a company car or car allowance of £5750 per annum. Benefits include:
* Working hours of 38.5 hours per week: Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:00pm (30 min lunch), Fri 8:30am-4:00pm (1 hour lunch)
* Holiday allowance plus bank holidays (25 days), plus an additional day every three years (up to 5 extra days)
