Salary: £26,196-27,255 per year
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Start date: December 2025
About Us: Highfield Littleport Academy is an area special school which is rated 'Good' by Ofsted. Highfield Littleport has 146 students on roll. The age range is 2 to 19 years of age and all pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans for a wide range of Special Educational Needs.

What do we need from a Level 3 Teaching Assistant?
* Significant experience working with children with a preference for experience working with children with additional needs.
* The ability to take responsibility for delivering learning activities when the teacher is not present (typically PPA cover or sickness absence cover).
* Must support the teacher in assessment, classroom organisation and behaviour management.
* Establish and maintain supportive relationships with individual pupils, colleagues and parents/carers.
