Registered Veterinary Nurse – Part-Time
Location: Near Saffron Walden
Salary: £30,000 FTE
Hours: 2 Days Per Week (Ideally Wednesday & Thursday, 8:30am–7:00pm)
Flexible Additional Hours Available
This is an ideal role for an experienced veterinary nurse seeking a stable two-day working week with no weekend commitments, while still enjoying a varied and rewarding caseload. Additional shifts and holiday cover are available for those looking to increase their hours.

The Role
This is a hands‑on nursing role covering all aspects of first opinion veterinary nursing, including:
* Surgical nursing and anaesthesia monitoring
* Assisting with routine and advanced procedures
* Inpatient care and recovery
* Nurse consultations
* Laboratory work
* Client education and support
The practice offers a broad caseload, including routine procedures and laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, providing excellent opportunities to utilise and develop your clinical skills.

This is a newly established purpose‑built small animal clinic with a growing and loyal client base. The practice is fully equipped to deliver high‑quality veterinary care and offers a supportive, close‑knitted team environment.

* 2 Veterinary Surgeons
* 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses

Candidate Requirements
* RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
* Confident with general nursing duties
* Team‑oriented with a proactive attitude
* Friendly, reliable and committed to excellent patient care
