Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 6 January 2026 Job Description We’re looking for a Head of Learning and Development to shape the future of people development across the UK high-performance system.
This is a pivotal leadership role. You’ll set the strategic direction and deliver world-class learning and development – from coaching and leadership to practitioner growth. Your work will create a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our system is ready for today and prepared for tomorrow.
You’ll lead a talented team covering Coaching, Leadership and Performance Supervision, driving plans that are fit for purpose and future-focused. Working closely with other Heads of and Directors, you’ll champion collaboration, align priorities with our Annual Operating Plan, and evolve strategies that keep GB winning – and winning well.
