Job Title: Bodyshop Manager – Accident Repair Bodyshop
Location: North Exeter
Salary: Between £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Car Allowance
Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday – no weekends!

Our client is a well established Accident Repair Business with a number of Bodyshops across the UK.
Due to continued growth and an internal promotion our client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager for their Accident Repair Bodyshop in North Exeter.
You will be responsible for managing our clients team at their Exeter Site, that will carry out repair work for a range of vehicles. You will be responsible for managing an on-site team of experts, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators and all administrative staff. You will understand the business needs, the accounts, reports and KPI's, effectively manage site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability and actively and efficiently manage work provider and supplier relationships.
