Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations Assistant. This roleis central to the smooth running of our property management and lettings departments. This is a permenant, full-time position and the salary we are offering is £24,500. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Audit physical and digital files for Landlords, Tenants, and Properties to include regulatory compliance requirements. Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence, including emails and letters. Process and manage invoices, payments, and financial records related to properties where required. Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to streamline workflows. Provide support to senior management and directors with ad-hoc projects and tasks. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with all company information. We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as: Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the property sector. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
