Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
* Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
* Redefine processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance).
* Manage a small team, responsible for ensuring material allocation is executed to suit project demand.
* Own product line Inventory, supporting senior leadership with the creation and deployment of Inventory management strategy.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
* Recognised supply chain management certification or membership (Such as APICS or similar).
