Meridian Business Support is looking for Customer Care Advisors to join our client's Customer Contact Team based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST7) for a 12-week period. We are offering:
* Pay rate of £14.00 per hour
* Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
* Weekly pay and online payslips

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support the current team during a busy period by managing orders in the group mailbox, updating the system, maintaining Excel databases, and occasionally answering inbound customer calls to provide order support.
We seek candidates with previous experience in administration, customer service, or call handling roles, who can confidently navigate Salesforce, Excel databases, and support inbound calls.
Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills, including managing mailboxes, processing orders, and updating systems efficiently.
* Proven customer service or call handling experience, capable of addressing inquiries and supporting orders over the phone.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
* Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple tasks accurately and keep databases up to date.
