The Role As a Graduate Talent Manager, you’ll be central to the recruitment and onboarding process for high-performing teams. You’ll work with hiring managers across departments to understand their needs and use modern tools and insights to help secure the best talent in the market. From scheduling interviews and managing recruitment systems to experimenting with new AI tools, this is a hands-on opportunity to learn, grow, and see your work make a direct impact.
