What You’ll Be Doing
* All aspects of line management of a team of Scheme Coordinators, including being the first point of contact for guidance, advice, support, and direction.
* Maintaining responsibility for building management and service delivery at schemes across the northwest.
* Overseeing the voids, allocations, and lettings process, ensuring these are managed in accordance with our allocation policy and eligibility criteria.
* Undertaking audit activities and ensuring annual fire risk assessments are completed, identifying and mitigating risks.
* Managing reports of anti‑social behaviour and potential breaches of tenancy, identifying support needs and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver interventions and sustain tenancies.
* Working with the Income team to monitor tenant arrears and being proactive in identifying tenant support needs.
* Providing tenants with guidance and support, including signposting to relevant services.
What We’re Looking For
* A recognised level 3 Housing qualification or be willing to work towards this.
* Experience in a similar role in supported housing or social housing.
